So, here’s my dilemma… Ever heard the phrase “you don’t know what you didn’t know before you knew it”? I think I suffer from that a little. As I’m teaching people to cook, I’m constantly reminded that sometimes I take for granted what people may or may not know when it comes to the kitchen and cooking. I’ve forgotten what I didn’t know before I knew it. In a similar fashion, I often have a hard time thinking of what to write about on my blog. I can’t think about what would be interesting to you, the readers. I want to give you recipes, ideas and tips in the kitchen, but I need some help with subject matter. I want to hear from YOU about what topics you’d like covered in this blog.

So, here’s my solution… You leave a comment on this blog posting WITH A BLOG TOPIC IDEA and I’ll enter you into a contest to win one of my cookbooks. I’ll randomly pick two winners from the blog posts next Tuesday, August 16th. I’ll use www.random.org to select the winners.
