Cucumber Dill Yogurt Sauce

I love a good burger, but not always a beef burger. These quinoa burgers are satisfying and pack a punch of protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely diced cucumber (about 1 medium cucumber, seeds removed)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more for salting the cucumber
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
