From Air Fry Genius by Meredith Laurence.

These decadent simple Nutella® treats are a perfect midnight snack and are especially tasty with a little nip of Grand Marnier®. You can make many variations on this sandwich by substituting other ingredients for the bananas – try raspberries, strawberries or even slices of ripe peach.
Ingredients
  • butter, softened
  • 4 slices white bread
  • ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella®)
  • 1 banana
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 370ºF.
  2. Spread the softened butter on one side of all the slices of bread and place the slices, buttered side down on the counter. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread on the other side of the bread slices. Cut the banana in half and then slice each half into three slices lengthwise. Place the banana slices on two slices of bread and top with the remaining slices of bread to make two sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches in half (triangles or rectangles) – this will help them all fit in the air fryer at once. Transfer the sandwiches to the air fryer.
  3. Air-fry at 370ºF for 5 minutes. Flip the sandwiches over and air-fry for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until the top bread slices are nicely browned. Pour yourself a glass of milk or a midnight nightcap while the sandwiches cool slightly and enjoy!!
