Flatbread with Caramelized Peaches, Crispy Ham and Burrata
Author: The Blue Jean Chef, Meredith Laurence
Serves: 1 to 2

I love flatbreads or pizzas of any kind, so imagine how happy I was to discover that you can quickly and easily make either in the air fryer. This flatbread combines salty ham, sweet peaches and creamy burrata – delicious!
Ingredients
  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 slices thinly sliced serrano ham
  • olive oil
  • 1 pre-made 7-inch naan bread or flatbread crust
  • 2 ounces burrata cheese (or fresh mozzarella)
  • balsamic glaze
  • mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Brush the peach slices with melted butter on both sides. Place them in the air fryer basket and sprinkle the dark brown sugar over the top.
  2. Pre-heat the air fryer to 400ºF.
  3. Air-fry the peaches for 5 minutes and then transfer them to a plate and set aside.
  4. Place the ham in air fryer basket and spritz with a little olive oil. Air-fry at 400°F for 2 minutes and then transfer the ham to the plate with the peaches.
  5. Brush both sides of the naan or flatbread crust with olive oil. Air-fry at 400°F for 3 minutes. Flip the bread over and air-fry for 2 minutes. Top the bread with the caramelized peaches and ham. Place dollops of burrata on top and air-fry at 370°F for 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer the flatbread to a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle some coarsely chopped mint leaves on top and season with freshly ground black pepper. Slice and serve.
